I created a building assembler tool for the team 
This was my first HDA since I started 
exploring Houdini recently. 

This is not a tool makes buildings procedurally
as unique assets but more like buildkit assembler 
that will help on lowering dawcalls or numbers of 
unique models. This tool is for populating many
buildings in the mid-background fast and easy.

This will be very beneficial with gpu instancing
since it's only made of few buildkit pieces. So it will
always cost the limited drawcalls no matter how
many buildings are placed.
